Meme Guidelines - Conclave

According to Article 3, Section 7 of the Conclave Constitution, all memes must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Rule 1: Brightness - Memes must be at least 80% bright and shiny, lest they be deemed dull and uninteresting.
• Rule 2: Edginess - Memes must be edgy, yet not actually edgy. Think "edgy" in the sense that they must be slightly-offensive-yet-still-safe-for-work.

Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in meme-banishment.
